Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are always available to purchase at Wellness Centre Newcastle. With prices and treatments to suit everyone, you can either select a specific Wellness treatment or simply add a monetary value to give that special someone the chance to choose.

Call us or pop into reception to purchase vouchers. We can process payments over the phone and post vouchers out free of charge. 

Our gift vouchers never expire. 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment,  you must call the Centre on 01912431216. 

Please do not email or send a message if you wish to change an appointment, please call the Centre. 

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be provided.  All missed appointments, or appointments where less than 24 hours notice has been given, will be charged at the full appointment fee.

For any existing patient who have 'No-Showed' or cancelled short notice in the past, you will be asked to pay for your treatment at the time of booking.  

If cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, the payment is refunded or forwarded to the new appointment time.

If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the payment is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.

If you simply do not show up to a booked appointment, the deposit is forfeited as a no-show fee. You will not be able to make any future appointments without payment in FULL at the time of booking.

 

New Patients Payment and Cancellation Policy

In order to secure your appointment, we require the full appointment charge to be paid at the time of booking.

This may be paid by debit or credit card over the phone or in the clinic by debit card, credit card or cash.

Please note no card details are stored at the clinic, payment details are entered straight into our card machine to authorise payment.  Your receipt will be issued when you attend the appointment.

The payment is held against your booking as a credit towards that appointment.
