If you are a new patient, we recommend calling the Centre directly on 0191 243 1216. This allows us to register you on our system, discuss your requirements and arrange payment.

If you choose to submit an online request, we will need to call you to arrange your appointment. Please have your card details ready, as payment is required at the time of booking.
