Celebrating 19 years! |
Can you believe it? This February marks 19 years of Wellness Centre Newcastle serving up top-notch care in the North East! We're over the moon to have such amazing patients who have stuck with us through thick and thin. Here's to many more years of making you feel like the superhero you are! |
At our clinic, patients come first, always! We believe in hearing them out, supporting their needs and goals, and giving them the tools to take charge of their health. Our patient education program empowers them to make a positive impact on their overall wellbeing, and we've been sticking to this mantra for the past 19 years! We're lucky to have an amazing team who shares our vision and puts it into practice every day. |
You're the best! We couldn't have reached this milestone without you! So, how do you reckon we should throw a big bash for our 20th next year? |

Creative ways to use collagen powder |
Collagen powder contains numerous potential benefits, ranging from restoring a youthful appearance to the skin to mitigating joint pain. While protein-based foods facilitate the production of collagen within the body, oral collagen supplements such as pills and powders contain hydrolysed collagen, a unique form of collagen that has been broken down into peptides. This form of collagen is more readily absorbed than those found in regular foods. It's no wonder that collagen powders have become a popular choice for those seeking to improve the health of their skin, nails, joints, and overall well-being. If you don’t fancy the plain drink, try these creative ideas for incorporating into food and drink… |
