With the darker evenings, it can be quite difficult to be motivated but instead of feeling lethargic and tired, use the evenings to do a home workout, some yoga or meditation. Or if you prefer to be outside, remember only 10 minutes of brisk walking counts as exercise. Find some new routes around your neighbourhood and walk your way to great health.
