Welcome to April! Hopefully the weather will begin to improve soon and we can all enjoy our wonderful North east and what it has to offer. I for one, cannot wait to get on the beach and feel the sun on my face. We are so happy to announce, our amazing Massage Therapist, Lucy Lowdon, will be returning to work after her maternity leave. Lucy will be back at the Centre on Wednesday 18th April and will be working 1pm - 7pm. Spring is normally the time that you like to start doing all of those 'little jobs' around the house.
